Visits with a couple of Buzz’s high school buddies in the Boston area were fabulous! So fun to catch up with old friends….Buzz and Danny and Joe have been friends since elementary school! Joe is a serious skeet shooter (he even loads his own shells) so we got to tag along and he gave great info on how to position your body, follow the bird, etc. I managed to shoot with about 25% accuracy, which isn’t bad for only having done it twice before, once being over 30 years ago.

The crazy birds here didn’t seem to mind all the noise!

Cape Cod was fun but cold! The motel there was our Bull’s Head (much too) frequent buyers reward. Two free nights in Falmouth at a charming little seaside motel…not bad. We were directly across the street from the ocean and tried to drink our morning coffee out there but only lasted about 10 minutes. It was 57 degrees with 15 mph winds! We managed a bike ride into Wood’s Hole with a visit to the aquarium there and a quick couple of hours bundled up at the beach. A waterfront dinner (with the plastic covers still up) rounded out the beach experience.

We will not have data in Canada so will be relying on wifi so no promises about posts while there…..
